True. And most of the ones I've been employed at, or know someone employed
at, have more than 1 Sys Admin, at the same time.

You're right; I described it wrong. And I've been a Jr. Network Admin (more
or less a Sys Admin in a Netware shop) before. Shouldn't have described it
as trainee, when I mostly meant "less experienced/less knowledgable/less
authority" (pick your set). Mea culpea.
