the etherdisk (downloadable for each 3com card regardless of wether it is a
PCI or PCMCIA card) should have a utility (DOS based) that allows you to
test each of the cards and set the configuration for each of them (including
IRQ's.)

You may also want to grab a PCISPY utility or something else that will let
you determine what IRQ's you have free.

Yes, they both need to be on seperate IRQs.. I'm not sure how PCMCIA device
IRQ's are configured, but I'm assuming it's done with the pcmcia manager
tools.
There probably is info on how to do it in the PCMCIA howto tho. :)
