Well, you can easily saturate a 640k down/ADSL link (I do it all the time -
I get 62K byte transfer rates on CD ISO images of 650M. I'm using just about
all the bandwidth I have). With a T1 being 1.5M, that would mean I'd have
30%+ of the total usable tied up all by my little self. :-)
