And hope the idiots at BA don't disconnect your whole DSL line instead, as they did to me.
Took me 25 days to get it re-activated. Just started working tonight - and DCA had to place many calls on my behalf (thanks to Bill and his supervisor in Tech Support!). DCA is quite helpful.
So far, everything seems to be working properly. FINALLY!
