I agree, this is a very good suggestion. It fulfills the requirements of
the law in that the user must request the file rather than having it pushed
to unwitting recipients. At this point, the onus is placed on the content
provider to ensure that other legal requirements are met (such as age
requirements) and removes the burden from the list.

I have to say, your important safety tip is the most constructive thing
to come out of this thread. I don't agree with what he did but there's
no reason not to try to approach the solution set with a logical &
enlightened attitude.
