Mostly through PLUG I've heard how bad BA DSL sucks. Is it their Infospeed
dsl that sucks or just any dsl that uses BA lines?

I'm using Northpoint SDSL to my local ISP. The ISP is so-so (chesco.com) but Northpoint is pretty good. They've had two outages since January, lasting under a day or so. It's been solid for the last four or five months. For some reason ADSL wasn't available to me in West Chester in January 2000, but we could get SDSL. Thus we have a single fixed IP and a router ($$$) which does NAT to the private LAN. It's a little pricey compared to ADSL, but does allow me to host a web server at >90kbps.
