IF your using Redhat... you can make it start up using the setup command... then selecting services to start when the machine starts... if you check SAMBA then it will load up right away. There is also a GUI admin version of it that comes with RH... which is nice for us point and clicky type people :P ----- Original Message ----- From: William G.
