1. Title: Data Warehouse Team Leader
Division: CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services
Salary Range: $72,000-$96,000 
Location: Hartford, CT

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the end-to-end development, testing, and production operations for CR&IS Data Warehouse Applications and Data Marts. Responsibilities include ETL architecture & tools; ETL development, scheduling, & production support; management of technical metadata; performance design & monitoring; and quality assurance automation. Directly manages a staff of 4-6 client/server application developers. Responsible for coordination with DBA and technical infrastructure staff. 
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be results oriented with a strong customer focus and proven leadership skills; a minimum of two years technical project management experience is required. Candidate needs to have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational abilities; and be able to manage multiple concurrent projects. Solid technical knowledge and experience in client/server technology, SQL, distributed and mainframe UDB, FTP file transfers, ODBC, are required. Knowledge and experience with Data Warehouse and OLAP technologies is highly desired; example of technologies include Informaticas Power Center, Hummingbirds Genio, Hyperions Analyzer and Essbase, Brio Enterprise and Reports, Cognos Powerplay.

2. Title: Data Migration Developer
Division: CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services
Salary Range: $52,000-$74,000 
Location: Hartford, CT

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for design, development, testing, and implementation of CR&IS Data Warehouse applications and data marts. Development technologies include ETL products such as Genio or Power Center; JAVA scripts in UDB stored procedures and/or Brio scripts; and middleware technologies such as MQSeries and CICS. Additional responsibility includes participation in capacity planning and performance tuning activities for ETL servers and middleware messaging transactions. Works closely with business users, source system application developers, and DBAs. 
QUALFICATIONS: Strong working knowledge and experience with SQL, UDB distributed and mainframe database, FTP file transfers, ODBC, script language e.g. VBScript, and NT and UNIX operating systems. Highly desirable technologies and skills include Warehousing ETL products; OLAP technologies such as Hyperion Essbase and Cognos Power Play; data mart star schema database structures; SMP parallel processing design and architecture; and middleware. Candidate should have proven experience working as part of a team as well as working independently with a high level of initiative.

3. Title: Information Access Consultant
Division: CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services
Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 
Location: Hartford, CT

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for consulting on architecture, design, and development of end-user business intelligence applications for CR&IS Data Warehouse. Includes analyzing business requirements and recommending technology solutions; consulting on user interface design, data requirements, reporting architectures and decision support query performance. Candidate will play a key role in the success of the CR&IS Data Warehouse. 
QUALFICATIONS: Candidate should have strong knowledge and experience with SQL, DB2 UDB databases, GUI interface design, business intelligence and reporting products such as Brio, Business Objects, etc. Highly desirable technology and skills include enterprise portal applications; data warehouse technologies including star schema or dimensional data models; and OLAP tools such as Cognos Power Play or Hyperion Analyzer. Candidate should have proven experience working as part of a team as well as working independently with a high level of initiative.
