nope, this didn't work. for one, i do a 'reset all' at the top of my
muttrc. then, starting 'mutt -n' didn't make a difference. and in any
case, 'unset hidden_host' still allowed the same behavior.

anyway, instead of my_hdr, i used

set from = madduck@mail.pantsfullofunix.net

which worked... weird... because the hidden_host thing is pretty much
exactly what's happening...
