Judging by your mail headers, you're using 1.2.5i, which is the most
current version.
It's *plausible* that usage of the hidden_host variable was broken
some time recently. You might want to check with Michael Elkins.
Also, have you tried a hostname other than mail.? It's also
plausible that mutt magically swallows this particular hostname as
part of its mailing list support. (It shouldn't, especially not in
envelope from addresses, but it could be an active bit of code
that's affecting a header it oughtn't.)
