OK, this worked (I used 10.1.20.30 for now...). Now, how do you set 
this permanently?

How? Where's the 'resolv.conf' equivalent for the gateways, and what 
is the format? I know I can do it one by one using linuxconf, but is 
there any easy way to tell all outgoing HTTP requests to go through 
the 10.x gateway?
