i would expect very little help from them direclty. but there may be info on
their site (FAQS/Knowledge base) or from linux hardware sites.

I am thinking that whether you are using Windows or Linux, to boot from 
the HD on the Ultra/66, it has to be recognized by the bios.  Any 
experience with how much help I should expect from Promise?
