Some businesses, by their nature, tend to thrive when others are doing 
badly.

Also, instead of looking at tech companies, look to other businesses 
with tech needs.

For example, law firms dealing in bankruptcy expect business to explode 
after the Christmas/New Year holidays.  They are gearing up, and looking 
for tech solutions for the massive workloads. Looking to replace outside 
consultants with in-house staff.

Use your imagination.
