Well, the top-end version of SuSE comes with 7 (or so) CDs (or one DVD with everything so you don't have to sit and swap CDs), so I'd imagine that they have *something* on there. ;) In all seriousness, as far as what userspace software you can install on it, they'd be pretty much all the same; the major difference would be how convenient it is to install. (ie, Do they provide a nice package or do you have to compile it yourself?) I can't imagine SuSE being too far from the top in this regard. > Also any recommendations on boot loaders? I haven't used GRUB all that much, but I've heard good things about it. One advantage is that you don't have to run it after you install a new kernel image or modify its conf file like you do with LILO. Anyhow, you might want to take a look at http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/HOWTO-INDEX/mini.html; there are several documents there covering multi-boot configurations. -- Bill Jonas * bill@billjonas.com * http://www.billjonas.com/ Developer/SysAdmin for hire!
