I think i was a little unclear. the forms are online - but they aren't "online forms" they are PDF files, that you download and printout and fillin and mail (ie: college application) they aren't offered as fill-in forms on the web. I didn't want to have to handwrite these application forms, and didn't want to dig up a typewriter. but the forms are really just plain PDF representation of paper forms.
