My only comment (which I already sent to the author) is that you should NOT use "just any" Postscript driver for Windows (and ESPECIALLY NOT the HP ones!) since the printer/PPD that you pick will determines the features of the Postscript and therefore the PDF as well. (eg. if you select a PPD for a printer that is a Level 1 Black & White printer, you will get VERY DIFFERENT PS/PDF files than if you selected a Level 3 Color printer).
