Our core business is developing software to manage
variable pay plans (bonuses, stock options, etc.) for
large corporations. Most of what we've done lately is
Windows-based but for large enterprise installations
there is a rapidly emerging need for cross-platform
compatibility which is one reason we're hiring more
developers these days.
The focus is on web application development in Java,
XML, and HTML. There are other positions open, such as
"Oracle Specialist". The website is www.synygy.com; if
