[PLUG] Setting up Sendmail

I am trying to setup sending mail from my computer (DIAL-UP 56k). My
ISP's smtp server is smtp.psu.edu. I used to use pine when I had
Mandrake Linux, but after I got Debian (2.2 R_3), I don't know how to
send my mail. I currently use balsa (in X) to send mail. Can I please
get some assistance?
