Doubt it. At $50/ month it is already a lot cheaper than dial up. Dial up typically runs $13-22/month. Add a phone line to that cost. I didn't have a separate line at home. However, my phone bill alone dropped more than $50/month in local usage charges when I switch from dial-up to cable. I wonder why DSL is so high in areas where cable competes.
