The problem was described in the first post. I have two subnets, my server
lan and my wireless lan. The reason I am running a different subnet on the
wireless LAN is because I have a linux box routeing between the two, and I
lack the patence for bridging.

I found a solution but it makes no sense. I installed dhcrelay on the router
and then installed a dummy DHCP server on it. Now the real dhcpserver
answers the requests correctly. What I fail to understand is why...

I am happy that it works but I am concenred that if it breaks I am screwed.

Cheers
