I remember that stormix (another debian based distro that went out of buisness) could be pointed at the debian sites for apt (and this was suggested for people who wanted to keep using the stormix installs). So, I would think that it would work, however, I have never tried it. -brad -----Original Message----- From: plug-admin@lists.phillylinux.org [mailto:plug-admin@lists.phillylinux.org]On Behalf Of JP Toto Sent: Thursday, January 31, 2002 8:39 AM To: plug@lists.phillylinux.org Subject: [PLUG] Libranet Debian Compatibility Hi all. I noticed that Libranet has just released 2.0 which is based on Debian 2.2. If I install Libranet will I be able to point apt to... say... woody or sid and install packages form those mirrors? Are the two dists compatibile in any/most ways? - JP ===== JP Toto ViceClown@yahoo.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Great stuff seeking new owners in Yahoo!
