Fwiw, I'm glad to see more ISPs exhibiting a modicum of sanity. :^>

(A stated policy exactly like this was the first thing that sold me
on Speakeasy. Wish I'd known about you folks at the time.)

Does DCAnet maintain a Usenet feed? (Excluding binaries would be
totally reasonable.)
