According to the woman at DCA.net I talked to, you have to cancel your Verizon service before they can initiate connecting you to DCA.net -- even though they are just going to have to reconnect it again when the new order comes in. And since DSL connections seem to take at least a month to happen, that means you might end up with a month or more of dialup.
