        Get your friend to switch to a newer email client - like Entourage 
or Eudora.

        He should be able to just double-click on it to view.  Also, I 
believe that control-clicking (the Mac equivalent of right-click, since 
there is only a single mouse button) will bring up a menu with an option to 
decrypt.

        Have him check his PGP mailing options.  Make sure he is using MIME.
