[PLUG] MS Exchange & Linux Groupware

I have been working with my boss to start moving all of our Windows boxes to 
Linux.  He is finally seeing my point and we have started to convert servers 
over.  I am now looking to replace my Exchange server with a Linux solution, 
and my boss wants me to start testing.  I am looking at phpgroupware and 
moregroupware as solutions, but my boss is still a little leary about them 
being in the beta stage.  I know that phpgroupware has a tone of modules you 
can add which makes it nice.  What I was wondering was if anyone here has 
any experience with this, and if you could point me to some solutions.  
After we are finished this project, we are moving onto the desktops.
