You'll need a T1 capable router, and a CSU/DSU.  For a single T1, I would
recommend a Cisco 1600 or 2500 series router, although there are many other
options available, depending upon what you feel your future growth might be.
For instance, if you're planning on adding a second T1 in the future, you
may want to consider a 2600.

It really depends what ISP services you would want to offer.  Are you talking
about providing dialup?
