We've been looking into making the plug website modifiable by anyone via cvs for some time. At this point, the benefit of people being able to automatically submit their modifications does not seem worth what is necessary to make it work. So basically, it doesn't look like the plug website is going to go into cvs. But if you would like to see something added to the plug website, you are very much encouraged to email me new or updated files to be put in it.
