Right!  Do _not_ chmod 777 your userdirs, that would be _bad_.

Sorry about that.  Thanks for catching that.  It's a good thing this is
a public forum, otherwise I'd have run the risk of that advice being
followed.

And the Directory rules, specificly the ones for '/home/*/public_html',
and '/'.
