OK, it took some time and a complete reload of my "Windoze 98" system but I am currently creating the MPEG/VCD format files. I will bring a couple of copies to the meeting tomorrow. It will be in the file format. If you want to make a VCD just use burning software that will create the format. The MPEG file will already be ready for the VCD creation. See everyone tomorrow.
