Plus, you might be able to subvert them to a more Linux-friendly attitude. Finally, most places I've worked at have had a mix of OSes, and employers like looking for people with broad, cross-platform skills (presuming that you're well-qualified in whatever the primary or dominant platform is, of course). I look at it like this - just label them [OT], or [JOB-POST], or some such, and then people can ignore them (or not) at their leisure.
