There is apt-rpm: http://apt-rpm.tuxfamily.org/ I haven't had much of a chance to mess with it much and in no way is it as smooth and (disgustingly) powerfull as Debian's apt. But its there 8) IMHO, rpmfind works pretty well for what I've needed in production and at home.
