Yuo can put many more then the divided badwidth on. The systems Bluetruck uses are 3 megabit. They figure it will support 20-30 users. Obviously not everyone is using the full burst bandwidth at all times. You can go with higher data rate systems at more cost. The bands are in the 2.5 and 5 Ghz regions and of course are line of site but there are papers on near line of sight use. Center city Philly already has a wireless system up and running. That is not to say that there cannot be others. This stuff plays fairly well together. There are multiple frequencies and spreading patterns that can be used.
