Here goes the OT again...The dream may be to get something for nothing, but the reality is net profit.Well, of course, and make lots of money off of selling you nothing. What about bottled water? Have you ever had a shady character come up to you in a mall and offer to sell a gold chain to you at a great price? If it happens, buy it. Then, ask a jeweler what it's worth. How about warranties that stores offer to sell? Don't products already come with warranties? Micro$oft. There was that one deli that sold me a turkey hoagie without letuce, and it wasn't cheap. Come to think of it, money used to be backed by something real, like gold. Now its value is just assigned. How does that work?
