Doug,

I think yuo are taking the correct steps in your actions. Please make
sure you note that the 'Verizion Saga' and 'the way you document it' are
two very seperate entities, and as much as some like to condensend in
their giving of truth to others, you are going about it as I would have
if I hadn't know of the power of plain text / W3C compliant HTML in web
documentation. This is all for good, even if it may feel hot.
