[PLUG] quota troubles

OK, I have a new 2.4.18 kernel compiled on rh 6.2.

I have quota-tools:

[root@wernicke] /home/root> quota -V
quota 2.00, with RPC and EXT2_DIRECT options

I rebooted. I read the quota howto. I got quotas working at home, but here
at work, this is failing.

When I do edquota, I get:

Quotas for user follinge:

There are none.

Here is output for mount:

[root@wernicke] /home/root> mount
/dev/sda5 on / type ext3 (rw)
none on /proc type proc (rw)
/dev/sdb2 on /data type ext3 (rw,usrquota,grpquota)
/dev/sda7 on /home type ext3 (rw,usrquota,grpquota)
/dev/sda6 on /usr/local type ext3 (rw)
none on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,gid=5,mode=620)

Note, quotas, _are_ enabled on mount. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
