Paul: One point that actually might be important is the fact that users of text-only browsers will not be able to get information about Mazda cars. A blind person would be the obvious example. That's a lack of courtesy. I used to regularly surf with Lynx on most websites. While a picture might be nice, it's possible indeed highly probable that I might want data about a car that is likely to be text rather than pictures. Info like MPG, turning radius, warranty length, number of seats, engine size and how the engine is designed, and indeed even the MSRP might be something I'ld like to see, and I'm not blind. This site incidentally is one of those I was thinking of that will break many browsers even if there is no need. Also, guess what, Netscape 7.0 doesn't work there either.
