D'oh! dmesg tells me this: scsi1 : AdvanSys SCSI 3.3G: PCI Ultra-Wide: PCIMEM 0xC997B000-0xC997B03F, IRQ 0xB less /proc/pci does not reveal much useful information about the identity of the card.
