Yeah, I got them, thanks. However, as Gabe pointed out, I am one of those
who doesn't have access to the web page. Nor am I the keeper of the
"official" PLUG keyring. I suppose I could collect all the signatures, and
make a new "PLUG" keyring ... but I'd have no way to make it public on the
PLUG webpage.

Bill Jonas: I believe you have that access, yes? Should we be forwarding the
keys to you for inclusion, until we can maybe get our own keyserver going,
as Gabe suggests? Me, I have no idea what all is entailed by having our own
private keyserver, but it sounds like a spiffy idea to me. :-)
