Speakeasy(.net)?

DCANet too, last I checked. And they're local.

Voicenet and Netaxs (though the latter's maybe having money problems
right now) may also be accomodating.

(Didn't know about Voicenet till I started working up here in Bucks
County, but I'm pretty sure they hit stuff further south too. They
seem like good folks. I mean, we certainly like getting our internet
connection through them being as they're in the next office park
over. Makes "going to the colo" rather easy as well. ;^>)
