Since you are running Redhat 7.2 I suggest installing:

http://java.thn.htu.se/~toor/LinNeighborhood-0.6.5-1.i386.rpm

if you have not done so already.

To do this:

[yourname@linuxbox]~$ su -
Password:

[root@linuxbox]~$ wget http://java.thn.htu.se/~toor/LinNeighborhood-0.6.5-1.i386.rpm
--11:11:11--
http://java.thn.htu.se/%7Etoor/LinNeighborhood-0.6.5-1.i386.rpm
           => `LinNeighborhood-0.6.5-1.i386.rpm'
Connecting to java.thn.htu.se:80... connected!

11:11:13 (94.85 KB/s) - `LinNeighborhood-0.6.5-1.i386.rpm' saved[185130/185130]

[root@linuxbox]~$ rpm -Uvh LinNeighborhood-0.6.5-1.i386.rpm
Preparing...                ###########################################[100%]
   1:LinNeighborhood        ###########################################[100%]

Then, within your favorite windowmanager (KDE/GNOME) login as root, open a
terminal and type:

[root@linuxbox]~$ LinNeighborhood

That should get you started...

Good luck :)
