[PLUG] Quanta+ Configuration

I found a quantarc file, but no luck. I am trying to change the
browser previews. It currently supports Konqueror and NS 4.78. I'ds
like to either add Mozilla, or substitute it for the Netscape preview.
Any suggestions?
