I did a metasearch of the KDE websites at kde.com and found this blurb

Unfortunately, the link http://bugs.kde.org/db/41/41316.html is broken
as are all of the http://bugs.kde.org/ links that turned up. Looks
like the site has had an overhaul since last indexed.
Anyone know how I can research bug #41316?
