I did not think they did, but for the life of me i never remember seeing hidden files either.... or did tracker keep tabs on icons locations for the user? I should disclame that icon location is useless on a server, and i agree with that completely. Its just my focus is on Linux as a desktop OS, so I tend to gravitate towards ideas that make it more usable to the lower common denominator of computer users... (note i do not mean stupid ones, just ones who enjoy NOT dicking with their computer, and want to get their work done) Cheers - -ian reinhart geiser - -- ======================================== Rule of Defactualization: Information deteriorates upward through bureaucracies. ======================================== -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9k94ePy62TRm8dvgRAu9bAKC8PJ6Sf34xONNrwXWRAHP/c8WEJACfXONm QXQb++VjwlXmUvCXndEpnMQ= =PGt+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug
