If its the monitor, and its kinda like a static electricity sound, and
because it was raining yesterday, it may be humidity. My monitor acts
up like that on really humid days.
Try blowing the dust out of the monitor. Dust absorbs moisture.
Moisture between to electrical contact is less than desirable.
