Bought a Norcent CDrom burner and got burned by the alledged rebate.  They
claimed I did not include the UPC (which I did.)

Did you make a photo copy of the UPC before you sent it?

Some rebates don't seem to show up until shortly after I call to check on them. Coincidence?
