There is no provision to delete an address on the sign-up page and mail
to the supposed maintainers goes unanswered.

From http://www.phillylinux.org/, click "Info/Subscribe" next to "PLUG
Mailing List". Then, enter your email address in the very last text box
and click "Edit Options". Then, enter your password in the first text
box and click "Unsubscribe". Since the list was moved and was recreated
from a list of email addresses, the password is probably not what you
had set it to; click the "Email My Password To Me" button.

Well at least it claims to have acted as described -- However, I must say,
that sequence of actions was anything but intuitive!
