RE: [PLUG] Which distro for non-intel machines

Ok, for anyone who is wondering, here are the changes to the X config that I
had to make to get the mouse to work.

Changed

Option "Device" "/dev/psaux" (or "/dev/sunmouse")

to

Option "Device" "/dev/mouse"

And

Option "Protocol" "PS/2" (or "ImPS/2")

to

Option "Protocal" "busmouse"

as for the NetBSD not working, yeah, I didn't realize that these were
UltraSparcs and didn't download the right version. I have the correct
version downloading now (should be finished) and will be tried out
tommorrow.

As for now, these two machines are running quite well (although I still have
some updates to run and will probably use a newer version of XF86 than what
comes with this install).

thanks
-brad
