I think it was 64% by the last netcraft. of course, what do you call an industrial site? i once read that companies whose websites were tied to their business (aka: e-tailors, etc) were more likely to use unix + apache, where-as companies that simply were creating a presence (yes this was a few years ago) were more likely to use IIS (bundling). This was a long time ago and I no longer have the link.
