I remember a discussion about building cases from scratch, except the 
power supply.  I don't want to bring that up again...oops.

For testing purposes, and maybe external SCSI cases, it would be nice to 
know how to trigger an ATX power supply without connecting it to a mobo. 
Does anyone know about that?
