Strangely, x11-base/xfree-drm isn't a dependency of kde from the package
base I'm living in. It is masked in my tree, so I'd be *very* curious to
if it would solve that cursor control bug by unmerging the drm package.
You could always re-emerge it later if it doesn't solve the
problem/creates new ones. 8) (That's the linux spirit I'm told)
